Important Policies for You to Know
REGISTRATION FEE

All students are charged a registration fee. The registration fee is charged at the time of enrollment, renewed annually in January, and is non-refundable. Registration must be current to participate in classes.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
-
Make-ups credits may be used up to 30 days from the date of absence as long as the student is still actively enrolled.

Make-ups must be scheduled in advance.
-
Make-ups will be forfeited if the child does not show up for the make-up class and does not call ahead to notify the staff they are unable to attend.
-
There are NO MAKE-UPS for team, clinics, or camps.
-
One make-up credit may be traded for one Open Gym attendance.
-
Unused make-up credits expire after 30 days or on the last day of paid enrollment.

Make-up credits may not be used to extend enrollment period.
DROP PROCEDURE
-
PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS must notify the office if they wish to withdraw their child from a class with a DATED written notice via email, USPS, or delivered by hand to the front desk. Be sure you receive confirmation of receipt of your notice. Failure to do so may result in the parent / guardian being responsible for the following month’s tuition payment.

So Cal TTC must receive notice of intention to drop 14 days in advance.

If on auto-pay, please notify us prior to the processing (26th of the month prior) if you intend to stop mid-month so your tuition can be prorated. Once collected through auto-pay, tuition is non-refundable.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR YOUR CHILD’S CLASS WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS CLASS UNTIL YOU NOTIFY THE OFFICE OF WITHDRAWAL WITH A DATED, WRITTEN NOTICE.

If student stops coming to class without paying, parent / legal guardian remain responsible for tuition until notice of withdrawal is received.

If your child is injured and cannot attend class, please provide the office with a doctor’s note. You will receive a credit on your account for the remainder of the month for use when your child is released by the doctor to return to sports.
LIMITED REFUND POLICY

NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN

A credit can be placed on your in-house account for unused classes in a month due to injury or other emergency.
APPROPRIATE CLOTHING
-
Students are expected to wear a closer fitting tank top or shirt and sport shorts or leggings. Leotards are allowed.
-
No bare midriff outfits. Mid-sections must be covered.
-
Please wear layers during cooler months.
-
No hoods, zippers, or strings on sweatshirts or jackets. No buttons or zippers on pants and no denim please.

Hair should be pulled back, away from the face so that it stays up the entire class.
-
Please bring appropriate footwear for your particular class – socks or trampoline shoes are required for trampoline time!

STORAGE

SoCal TTC provides cubbies for shoes and other items you need to store during classes.

SoCal TTC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles and highly recommends you leave personal items at home.

Label anything you bring to the gym with your first AND last name.
PHOTOGRAPHY
-
SoCal TTC regularly takes photographs and short videos in the gym of our classes and events – both of groups and individuals – and uses these photographs to promote our programs on social media, mailers, within the gym, and more.

SoCal TTC maintains a video security system with cameras both inside and outside of the gym used to monitor the actions of our coaches, students, parents, and any other visitors for safety and security purposes.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Students should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to class, and must be picked up promptly as class dismissal.

Parents / Legal Guardians are responsible for supervising their children when they are not in class.

Students not in class should be waiting in the chairs, not on gym floors, and not playing or tumbling in the lobby, dance room, or parking lot.

Students 10 and under should be escorted in and out of the building and not just dropped or picked up at the curb.

Please use extreme caution in our parking lot at all times, whether walking or driving.
BEHAVIOR

We expect participants and spectators of our classes, camps, clinics, competitions, events, etc. to be respectful of each other, coaches, judges, the facility, and the community as a whole and represent So Cal TTC in a positive manner.

So Cal TTC is a smoke, alcohol, and drug free environment.
-
Swearing, fighting, arguing with judges or coaches, defacing property, bullying, illegal activities, and other behaviors that reflect negatively on the gym may result in an athlete or parent being asked to leave either temporarily or permanently.
