Here you can find the answers to many of our most often asked questions.

 How do you bill?
Month to month – This means we bill every month on the first of the month. 
Do you offer any discounts?
SoCal TTC is pleased to offer several discounts to our families.  First, we offer a 10% discount to Active Duty Military families and we thank you for your service in our Armed Forces.  Second, we offer multi-child and multi-class discounts.  
Do you offer make-up classes?
We understand that due to illness and busy lives, your child might have to miss a class now and then. Classes must be made up within 30 days of the original class, must be scheduled with our office, and the student must be actively enrolled.   A makeup class credit can also be traded for one open gym. Credits and refunds are not given for missed classes. 
Can my child start mid-month?  Do you pro-rate the cost?
We are happy to have your child start any time!  Registration and tuition fees can be pro-rated for your start date.  
How do I register my child for classes?
We are here to help you!  Start by creating a Customer Portal account, reading and accepting our waivers, and then view our schedule to find a class that meets your needs. Once we know you’ve got a perfect fit, simply use our online system for enrollment and payment.  That’s it!  Families with homeschool funds or military discount please contact our office prior to enrollment to apply these items.
How do I pay for classes? What forms of payment do you accept?
The entire registration and payment process is completed online from the comfort of your home!  We accept all major credit cards.  We are also homeschool vendors and can accept payments from your homeschool program!  Homeschool and military families, please call our office prior to completing the enrollment process to ensure proper billing.
How do I try out for the competitive Trampoline and Tumbling, Acro, or Cheer Team?
Placement on one of our is done on an individual basis by our team coaches.  Please contact the front office to schedule a time to come in and meet the coaches and discuss our amazing programs!  We are sure we can find a good fit to meet your needs.
I really want a class at a time I don’t see on your schedule.  Can you help?
We will happily maintain a waitlist for class days and times that interest you.  Please visit or email the office to let us know what day or time you would like to see happen and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.  It takes 4 students to open a class.
