An open gym style format, you are free to use the equipment as you want and we simply have instructors there to help, spot, motivate, etc. And if you want to be pushed or are a little more serious about gymnastics, you are certainly welcome. Learn that cartwheel or back handspring you’ve always wanted or finally nail that back flip, we can help. Or simply bounce along on the trampolines for great cardiovascular benefits, it’s a great workout. Let’s face it, who doesn’t want to bounce on trampolines or fly through the air?
